Three warm up routines to follow

For every sporting activity and weight training routines it is essential to do warm-up exercises to avoid injuries and to control your body temperature; warm-ups help you to loosen-up your body and the muscles because the body becomes stiff especially after a sleep and if you are working out after few days, so it becomes necessary to remove the body stiffness; but whether you workout regularly or not you should warm-up to improve your blood circulation, body and muscle temperature.

3 warm-ups

One, jog at one place to loosen-up your leg and arm muscles and to improve blood circulation, you can also use a .treadmill to do this, because warming up on a treadmill will ensure a complete cardiovascular workout for your whole body. 

Two, the other best way to warm-up is to do cycling; it can be done on a stationary exercise cycle. Cycling warm-ups your body perfectly and increases blood circulation and also loosens each and every muscles of your body.

Three, do aerobic exercises because it is a very gentle way of warming up your body and it provides better blood circulation; also they help you to control your muscle and body temperature; aerobic exercises gives the necessary stretching that is required to remove the stiffness from your body and to loosen-up your each and every body muscle.

Is it necessary?

Yes, it is necessary and should not be avoided because it may cause injury or muscle tear; every professional bodybuilder does it. It is better not to hurry and directly start heavy weight training but you need to take precautionary measure and do warm-up first and than enjoy your daily workouts.
