Good diet
For building muscles it is necessary to have very good diet; a diet which is rich in minerals, vitamins and low on fats. There are so many nutrients which are good for building muscles but it is important to have nutrients which would work better in developing muscles and giving more strength to them.
Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian
If you ask me which diet is best for faster muscle building than my answer would be a non-vegetarian simply because the amount of proteins, vitamins and minerals you get in a non-vegetarian diet you won’t get in a vegetarian diet. Non-vegetarian diet provides 50 times more essential proteins, vitamins and minerals than any other diet.
Non-Vegetarian for building
There are many nutrients in non-vegetarian diet which are very essential for body building like in fish, red meats, chicken; all these are very important for muscle building blocks but important thing is that, how you cook them to retain the most proteins, vitamins and minerals available in them.
Every bodybuilder likes to eat chicken and fish in their diet, some also include red meat in their diet; there are different types of red meat like of goat, ducks, horses, cows to name a few; many bodybuilder include only goat meat in their diet for muscle building, though chicken, fish and goat meat are very good and better to make muscles than non-vegetarian diet but they don’t develop muscles faster; the only meat that helps to grow strong muscles is beef; beef is a red meat but most bodybuilders ignore it but those who do eat beef have very strong and huge muscles.
Beef must be taken along other non-vegetarian diet every day at least four times and the quantity and frequency of intake complete depends on the age, size, weight, height and certain other factors of the bodybuilder.
All the different non-vegetarian diet should be taken at different time individually but the frequency of beef must be more because it helps to create more muscle mass in the body.
