Vitamin A: Why and How?



Vitamins are the most essential nutrients that are required for our body without which it would become difficult for us to survive. There are different types of vitamins which are found in different foods that we take in our daily diet to get energy and strength. Eating healthy food means keeping our body fit and healthy. With low level of vitamin, it becomes very difficult for us to do our day to day task and we feel weak so it becomes essential for us to take plenty of vitamins in our diet.

Vitamin A is also found in egg, fish, beef, milk, turkey, lamb, duck and many other non-vegetarian diets.
