Pocket door lock is most innovative type of locking system used mainly in doors which are sliding in nature; this type of locks come in various designs and are seen in sliding windows and doors; these locks are be fitted in various position depending on the type of sliding door we are using.

This type of lock is generally used to provide transparent system; pocket door lock system is generally setup on doors mounted on a railing for sliding purpose; this type of locking system can also be found on doors which are not sliding in nature but the design of the locks vary; when the door is not sliding type the door lock uses ball bearing on the portion of cupboard and male portion is attached to the inner side of the door when the door is pushed the male part gets inserted into the female portion where the ball bearing holds it tight for closure.
Pocket door lock is cost effective and very essential for our daily use; these type of lock system are mostly durable and don’t break-off so early, the only thing you need to look into is the fitting of the lock, as most of the time locks come out if fitting is not proper.
